How do I reimburse my bubTrucker for expenses?

Yes! bubTruckers can add expenses you approve to the reimbursements section of your invoice.

Please keep in mind:

• Reimburse your bubTrucker through the invoice and not in cash. bubTruck won't be responsible for disputes arising from off-platform payments.

• bubTruckers are independent contractors, each will have their limit on how much they can spend.

• To avoid disputes, please confirm authorization of any expenses in bubTruck chat.

• bubTruckers should include the receipt in the chat thread as proof of the expense.

• If a bubTrucker is asked to purchase items of high value, they may decline to incur the expense.

  • If a project can't be completed due to the value, you can prepay for the items and have a bubTrucker deliver them.
