How do I pay my bubTrucker?

Your payment will be automatically charged to the credit or debit card on file within 24 hours of your bubTrucker submitting their invoice.

Your invoice will include the number of hours worked plus any agreed-upon expenses. If you need to update your current card on file, you can do so via your account settings.

To change your credit card:

• Sign in to your account and navigate to your Settings page

• Navigate to the Payment section

• Click "Change Card."

• You'll be redirected to a Stripe portal to add a new credit card to your account.

• Once you add a new credit card, it will become the default payment method on your account.

Keep in mind—Prepaid cards not accepted as a form of payment on bubTruck.

We ask users to refrain from violating the spirit of payments in any form, as the security of confidential information is essential to the success of the platform. This includes:

• Issuing payment outside the bubTruck platform for any hours a bubTrucker worked.

• Giving another User your contact info (phone number, email address, or website) for the purpose of off-platform payment.

• Canceling or blocking payment for a task that's been started or completed.

• Negotiating the hourly rate set by the bubTrucker on their profile.

• Any other action that circumvents the bubTruck payments system.
