What's the Cancellation Policy?

You can cancel your project at any time.

If you cancel a project within 24 hours of its scheduled start time, you may be charged a one-hour cancellation fee based on the bubTrucker's hourly rate.

We have this policy because bubTruckers are setting aside time and turning down other work to help you.
