We're sorry to hear your bubTrucker is running late. If your bubTrucker hasn’t reached out or provided a new estimated time of arrival, please try contacting your bubTrucker via bubTruck chat. Keep in mind—chat should be your primary communication so everything related to your project is documented in writing.
If your bubTrucker doesn't reply, we suggest making a note of this in your project's chat thread and canceling the project. We know your time is important, so if this bubTrucker doesn’t show up, you may want to hire a new, replacement bubTrucker or reschedule or rehire your current bubTrucker.
Don't worry—you're not invoiced until a project is complete, so you won't be charged for canceling because your bubTrucker didn't arrive.
